(b) Departure of Principal Operating Officer
On September 13, 2024, Stephen Branstetter, the Chief Operating Officer of Smartsheet Inc. (the "Company") notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position, effective September 18, 2024. Mr. Branstetter will continue to serve the Company as an advisor through November 18, 2024. The Company thanks Mr. Branstetter for his service and wishes him success in his future endeavors. In light of its transformation to a dual President model with a President, Go-to-Market and a President, Product & Innovation, the Company will eliminate the position of Chief Operating Officer following Mr. Branstetter’s departure.
