Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective February 12, 2008 Devinder Randhawa resigned as a director of American Uranium Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Randhawa’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
Our board of directors now includes Robert A. Rich and Hamish Malkin.
