In connection with the reporting person's appointment as a director of the issuer, the reporting person received 1,030 restricted share units ("RSUs") under the Diversey Holdings, Ltd. 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The RSUs vest in full on March 1, 2023, subject to the reporting person remaining in continuous employment with the issuer on the vesting date.
