On March 27, 2008, Idearc Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing highlights from a presentation given by the Company’s acting chief financial officer at the Credit Suisse 2008 Global Leveraged Finance Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, on that same date. In particular, the press release highlighted additional detail about the Company’s 2008 revenue guidance and the decision by the Company’s Board of Directors to eliminate the payment of dividends as part of the Company’s current capital allocation program and focus on improving the Company’s risk profile. The press release includes instructions to access an audio version of the presentation. The Company is furnishing its press release as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
