Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 22, 2015, Emergent BioSolutions Inc. announced that it has resumed full manufacturing operations for BioThrax® (Anthrax Vaccine Adsorbed) after completing its internal manufacturing investigation of foreign particles discovered in a limited number of vials in two manufactured BioThrax lots. In connection with the announcement, the company issued preliminary financial results for the first quarter of 2015 and re-affirmed its financial forecast for full-year 2015.
