Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 17, 2007, MEDecision, Inc. issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 and preliminary guidance for fiscal year 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
