COMPLETES STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM
EAU CLAIRE, Wis.—March 24— Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ: CZWI), the holding company for Citizens Community Federal, said today that it has completed its stock repurchase program that was announced on Nov. 5, 2008. Under the program the Company repurchased 749,520 shares, which represented approximately 12 percent of Citizens’ outstanding shares. This amount included 2 percent the Company had remaining on its previously announced May 5, 2008, repurchase program.
