EUR 500,000,000 3.500% Guaranteed Notes due 2020 (XS0860855930), approving, inter alia, the merger of GTECH with and into Georgia Worldwide PLC as part of the acquisition of International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) were registered with the Companies Register of Rome on November 28, 2014.
