On July 19, 2023, ADMA Biologics, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) approval for its ninth ADMA BioCenters plasma collection facility located in Dallas, Georgia (the “Facility”). This plasma collection facility commenced operations and initiated source plasma collection in the third quarter of 2022. With the approval, the Facility is now FDA-approved to collect and introduce into interstate commerce, human source plasma for further manufacturing in the United States. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
