Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 1, 2017, AeroVironment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in anticipation of its execution of a contract to supply Wasp AE systems, as well as training and logistics support, to the Australian Defence Force (“ADF”). The contract is part of a larger program for the procurement of small unmanned aerial systems by ADF. Upon execution of the contract, the Company will make all required disclosures and filings.
