On May 25, 2023, AeroVironment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Medium UAS JUMP 20 aircraft was not selected by the U.S. Army to proceed further within the Future Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System (FTUAS) Program Increment 2, the next development phase of the FTUAS program, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
