Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 13, 2009, Yanglin Soybean, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
