On March 14, 2008, GateHouse Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1, announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2007, and announcing a conference call to review these results.

On March 14, 2008, GateHouse Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share on its common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2008, payable on April 15, 2008 to holders of record of the Company’s common stock on March 31, 2008.
