1. Represents volume weighted average sales price. Shares were sold in multiple lots, at prices ranging from $4.00 to $4.03 per share, in open market transactions. Reporting Party agrees to provide details of the individual transactions to the SEC upon request.

2. Shares were sold on September 4, 2024 solely to cover income taxes on the vesting of restricted stock units on September 2, 2024, pursuant to an irrevocable election made by the Reporting Party in November 2020.
