Operator: Good day ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Genesis Lease Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2009 Earnings Conference Call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. Thank you, Giovanni, good morning everyone. Again, my name is Jeffrey Goldberger and I am with KCSA Strategic Communications, Investor Relations Counsel to Genesis Lease. The company’s fourth quarter and year-end earnings release was issued this morning and is posted on its corporate website at www.genesislease.com.
