Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective July 11, 2014, the Registrant changed its name from Diagnostic Imaging International Corp. to Medical Imaging Corp. (the “Company”). The name change was approved by the Company’s stockholders at its Annual Meeting held on June 11, 2014 and was made pursuant to a Certificate of Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada. In connection with the name change, the Company will trade under the symbol OTCQB: MEDD.
