Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Board of Directors of Medical Imaging Corp. (the “Company”) has determined to hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on August 25, 2015. The record date for stockholders eligible to vote at the meeting is July 7, 2015 and will be duly noticed in accordance with Nevada state law, the Company’s by-laws and SEC requirements. The proxy materials will include the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, which was filed with the SEC on April 3, 2015.
