KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that each of the undersigned directors and officers of Owens Corning, a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”), does hereby constitute and appoint each of Brian D. Chambers, Gina A. Beredo and Kenneth S.
