Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective June 26, 2024, the board of governors of Highwater Ethanol, LLC (the "Company") appointed Daniel Tauer to fill a vacancy on the board of governors following the death of Mark Pankonin. Mr. Tauer is expected to be named to serve on the fixed assets committee.
