On March 15, 2022, NextPlay Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the partnership between NextBank International, the international banking unit of the Company’s fintech division, and TruCash Group of Companies Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
