Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 2, 2016, iTalk Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s entering into the final stages of operational and financial reporting to assist in hitting key benchmarks and goals on the path to fully audited financials, greater capital, and ultimately pursuing uplisting from its current listing on the OTCQB and a cleaner balance sheet (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of this Form 8-K Report as Exhibit 99.1.
