(e) Effective as of March 12, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Green Brick Partners, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), approved certain actions with respect to the compensation of the Company’s President of Texas Region, Jed Dolson, and the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, Summer Loveland.
Mr. Dolson received a one-time bonus in an amount equal to $550,000 payable 50% in shares of Common Stock of the Company and 50% in cash for recognition of Mr. Dolson’s successful efforts in growing the Company’s Texas operations and oversight of the Company’s land development.
Ms. Loveland received a one-time bonus in an amount equal to $100,000 payable 60% in shares of Common Stock of the Company and 40% in cash for recognition of Ms. Loveland’s effective management, oversight and control of the Company’s accounting functions.
