Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock equivalents vested and converted into shares of EPC common stock on 1/31/2019. The original Form 4 filed on October 3, 2018 erroneously stated that the vesting date for this award was one year from date of grant. The correct vesting should have read "the Restricted Equivalents will vest on the business day immediately preceding the date of the next annual meeting of the shareholders of the Company."
