(b) Effective September 25, 2015, Marc Dowdell, Essex Rental Corp.'s (the "Company") Chief Operating Officer is no longer employed by the Company.

On October 1, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing the cost reductions expected from a reduction in force. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
