Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K dated March 10, 2008, of Altra Holdings, Inc. (“the Company”). On March 10, 2008 the Company announced certain guidance related to its fiscal year 2008. The guidance announced on March 10, 2008 incorrectly indicated 2008 capital expenditure estimates to be $21 million to $23 million. This Current Report on Form 8-K/A corrects those estimates to be $16 million to $19 million for capital expenditures in 2008. (Also furnished pursuant to Item 8.01)
