Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On April 28, 2017, Altra Industrial Motion Corp. (“the Company”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a report on Form 8-K (the “Prior 8-K”) disclosing that the Company announced certain unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. This amendment is being filed to amend the Prior 8-K to correct GAAP Earnings Per Share guidance contained in the exhibits attached thereto. A copy of the corrected announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated by reference herein. A copy of the corrected chart presentation used during the earnings conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
