| (b) | On December 26, 2012, Mr. Albert N. Olsen, Chairman of the Board of MSB Financial Corp. (the “Registrant”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Millington Savings Bank (the “Bank”), informed the Board of Directors of the Registrant of his intention to retire from those positions effective December 31, 2012 due to health reasons. He will continue to serve as Chairman Emeritus after his retirement. |
