2. The Securities Acquired (A) or Disposed of (D) under Column 4 of the previously filed Form 4 was reported as shares Acquired (A). This was incorrect, and should have been marked as Disposed of (D).

3. The amount of securities beneficially owned and previously reported in the Form 4 was incorrect. The correct amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction is 603,720.

4. The amount of securities beneficially owned and previously reported in the Form 4 was incorrect. The correct amount of total shares owned by Mr. McDonald are as follows: 630,720 shares held directly, 169,248 unvested restricted stock units, and 115,507 performance-based shares.
