On September 11, 2013, Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Zao Zhuang joint venture has obtained bank financing in order to begin the work to restart its plant for the previously announced cooperation agreement with Xuecheng Energy to expand into producing and selling methanol.
