At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the year ended June 30, 2015 of Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), which was held on November 20, 2015, six directors were elected for terms expiring on the date of the annual meeting for the year ended June 30, 2016.
