Item 8.01. Other Events
On November 5, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing plans to open its ninth full-service branch office to be located in Longmeadow, MA. The new office is expected to be open for business in December. A copy of the press release announcing the opening is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
