Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 01, 2011, Hampden Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Hampden Bank, announced its financial results for the three and six months ended December 31, 2010. The press release announcing financial results for the three and six months ended December 31, 2010 is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 01, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share, payable on February 25, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 11, 2011. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
