Item 5.02(b) Departure of Officer or Director
Effective May 17, 2007, Thomas Mattoon is no longer Corporate Controller of Guidance Software, Inc., and will be departing the Company effective July 1, 2007. Frank Sansone, Chief Financial Officer, continues to oversee daily operations of the Company’s Finance Department and serve as the Company’s chief accounting officer. In addition, the Company expects to name a new Corporate Controller in the near future.
