On June 25, 2008 Allied Nevada Gold Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Allied Nevada Drills 640 Feet of 0.026 Ounce per Ton Gold Equivalent at Hycroft”. On July 29, 2008 the Company issued a press release entitled “Operational Activities Begin at Hycroft Mine”. A copy of the June 25, 2008 press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the July 29, 2008 press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2, and incorporated herein by reference.
