On March 18, 2009, Allied Nevada Gold Corp. (the “Company”) issued a news release reporting the financial results of the Company for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2008 and its 2009 outlook. A copy of the news release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.
