Item 1.01. Execution of definitive agreement with Global Hi-Tech Industries Limited
On April 3, 2009, TransTech Services Partners Inc. (“TransTech”) announced that it has entered into definitive agreement with Global Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. (“GHIL”), pursuant to which TransTech will acquire GHIL, subject to the receipt of requisite shareholder and regulatory approval.
The press release announcing the execution of the definitive agreements between TransTech and GHIL is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
