JACKSONVILLE,Florida– April 9, 2014 –Latitude 360,anaward-winning, full-servicepremiercasualrestaurant/entertainment venueoperator withstate-of-the-artfull-service diningandentertainment venues, todayannounced the signingofadefinitivemergeragreementwithpublicly tradedentity, Kingdom Koncrete,Inc.(OTC QB: KGKO) whereby Latitude 360 will mergewith and intoa wholly owned subsidiary of Kingdom Koncrete, with Latitude 360 continuing as the surviving corporation. Thetransactionisexpected tobecompleted on orbefore May 2, 2014.Inconjunction withthetransaction,Latitude 360 will apply for a stock ticker symbolchange to “LATX”.Subsequenttoclosing,Latitudewill initiallytrade on theOTC Exchange under thesymbol KGKO. The company has retained New York City based Investment bank and NYSE member firm, Wellington Shields to assist in the completion of this transaction.
