Item 8.01 Other Events
On April 4, 2007, the Tennessee Valley Authority (“TVA”) issued a news release about TVA President and CEO Tom Kilgore’s report at the March 30, 2007, public meeting of the TVA Board of Directors. Mr. Kilgore’s report provided, among other things, certain financial projections for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007. A copy of this news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
