Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment to the previously filed Form 4 is being filed to correct a typographical error in the exercise price of the option to purchase common stock of the Issuer held by the Reporting Person.

2. The shares subject to the option shall vest in 36 equal monthly installments from the vesting commencement date of December 12, 2017.
