Departure of Senior Vice President Corporate Development
On May 29, 2020, Aviat Networks, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Senior Vice President Corporate Development, Shaun McFall, resigned from his position with the Company with an effective date of July 03, 2020. Mr. McFall will receive severance payments from the Company in accordance with the terms of his employment agreement.
