OMA obtains short-term loans |
Mexico City, Mexico, January 14, 2022—Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), announces that it has obtained short-term loans for an aggregate amount of Ps.2,700 million with Banco Nacional de México, HSBC México and Banco Santander México. Proceeds will be used to capitalize the group’s subsidiaries, for working capital and to strengthen the company’s liquidity. Loans mature on June 2022 and have an annual weighted average interest rate of TIIE + 99.6 basis points. With these loans, OMA continues to maintain a solid capital structure.
