Southpoint Capital Advisors LLC serves as the general partner of Southpoint Capital Advisors LP and Southpoint GP, LLC serves as the general partner of Southpoint GP, LP. John S. Clark II serves as managing member of both Southpoint Capital Advisors LLC and Southpoint GP, LLC.
