In November 2016, the Board of Directors of People’s United Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend of $0.17578125 per share on the Company’s Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2016.
