EXPLANATORY NOTE
On May 14, 2007, Employers Holdings, Inc. filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Current Report") that inadvertently omitted certain footnotes on page five of the earnings press release. This Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report is filed solely for the purpose of including the missing information.
