Item 5.02 Departure of Director.
(b) On February 26, 2013, Mr. Peter R. Kagan resigned from the Board of Directors of Targa Resources GP LLC, the general partner of Targa Resources Partners LP (the “Partnership”), effective February 26, 2013. Mr. Kagan’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Partnership regarding any matter related to its operations, policies or practices.
