On August 20, 2008, the registrant executed a demand promissory note for $100,000 in favor of Victor J. Yosha. Interest accrues at the rate of 12% per annum and repayment of the note shall be at the option of the holder.
Mr. Yosha is an officer and director of the registrant.
Proceeds of the loan will be used to support the operations of V2K Window Fashions, a wholly owned subsidiary of the registrant.
