Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 22, 2007, HFF, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the underwriters of its initial public offering had exercised their over-allotment option in full to purchase 2.145 million additional shares of its Class A common stock at the initial offering price of $18.00 per share. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
