Director Resignation
On December 19, 2020, Aman Parmar resigned as a member of the board of directors of GSRX Industries Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Parmar’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company concerning any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
