(b) Resignation of Director.
By letter dated March 12, 2009, Dean Gilbert notified the Company of his resignation from the Board of Directors effective that same day. Mr. Gilbert resigned from the Board of Directors after seven years for personal reasons, and not as the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
