On May 5, 2010, Domtar Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors (i) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock, payable July 15, 2010, to stockholders of record as of June 15, 2010 and (ii) authorized a share buyback program of up to $150 million of the Company’s common stock. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
